Central Library

The Central Library has started its journey on the path of improvement. It was established to cater to the needs of the students, research scholars, and teachers of the University. It not only helps in supporting the class room instructional programs of the University, but also unfolds the horizon of knowledge with regard to the different research programmes carried out by the University.

The University Library was started in 2014. A special committee was constituted to review the library development plan. The present library building is more spacious and has potential for further expansion.

Operating procedure with Library software
Books are fully catalogued through KOHA. Library is fully automated. Issue & Return of books are totally through Koha. Book wise/ Student wise circulation history is always available in this software. Each and every book has its unique Barcode and DDC Number.

Working Hours
Library is kept open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Closed for Saturday, Sunday and holidays (as per Academic Calendar).
